Being a short film, music is needed for a number of reasons such as for an impact factor to support emotions or for an entertainment factor to reflect the genre of the short film. However, where choosing the music can be an easy task to perform, there is the issue of finding royalty free music so as to not use copyrighted material, and therefore abide to the rules of the law. It is for this reason that for my short film, I have used Youtube to find covers of the musical arrangements which I wish to use.
